2 (!!!) Bruce Campbell 'movies' on Sci-Fi channel this coming Saturday

Alien Apocolypse (a movie that I'm sorry I watched the first time it
aired) - Dr. Ivan Hood (Bruce Campbell) and his team of astronauts return
from their latest mission, only to find that Earth has been conquered and
enslaved by aliens. Now Hood and fellow-scientist Kelly (Renée O'Connor,
Gabrielle on Xena: Warrior Princess) must free humanity from its alien
masters.

Man With the Screaming Brain - Wealthy industrialist William Cole (Bruce
Campbell, who also wrote and directed) awakens to realize part of his brain
is that of a Bulgarian cab driver. Resurrected by mad scientist Stacy Keach
(TV's Mike Hammer), the brain-mates have something else in common: The woman
who killed them.

So I take it I should just skip this one?

The problem with 'skipping it' as you put it, is that you won't be able to
figure out if it was that bad on purpose, or if if whomever put this show
together just plain didn't know what he/she was doing. the characters
totally changed their personalities at least twice throughout the movie.
Bruce's character went to a narsacistic "it's all about me" and "I'm just
doing this for the fame & fortune" type to a bumbling idiot (sound
familiar?) to a "we must stop them for the betterment of *all* involved"....
with no explanation of how/why he arrived at these stages. I got the
impression that the whole thing was written/directed by someone's
kindergarten class :(

But if it's bad, you will be cursing yourself for spening the money. Watch
it on SciFi for free first, then if you *really* like it, you can buy it on
DVD so you can watch it again & again & again & again &...

I thought it was an interesting concept, but there wasn't any consistancy in
some of the characters (not sure if it was a writing thing or an acting
thing).

On a side note: Just today, while traveling downtown to attend a 9/11
memorial service, we sa a man of about Bruce's size, dark hair & mustache,
riding on a scooter. Hubby & I both did a doble-take to check for the
'peace symbol' scar on the forehead! :D
