Hello,

I'm part of Exhumed Films, a DIY, not for profit film co-op in the
NJ/Philadelphia area. We do monthly screenings of classic cult/horror films
on the big screen.

On Sunday, April 3, we'll be doing the Philly area premiere of Bruce
Campbell's new film, MAN WITH THE SCREAMING BRAIN. This is Bruce's feature
length directorial debut (he also writes and stars), and a movie nearly 20
years in the making. For this special event, Bruce Campbell himself will be
there to introduce the film and hold a Q & A with the audience after the
screening.

This event takes place at The Broadway Theater in Pitman, NJ (about 20
minutes from Philadelphia, 1 1/2 hours from NYC). Admission is $12, doors
open at approximately 10:30. The Broadway is a vintage 1920s era movie
house, complete with large stage, balcony seating and pipe organ, & is a
great venue for this type of movie. The evening will begin with a series of
classic cult movie trailers (in 35mm), and possibly a Three Stooges short or
two in honor of Bruce. BC himself will take to the stage by about midnight
to intro his film, then will return afterwards to take questions. All this
plus nifty door prizes and hard to find DVDs/film merchandise for sale in
the lobby!

This may sound like spam, but it's not intended that way. We at Exhumed are
just a couple of nerds who have been doing these shows--by the fans and for
the fans--for nearly eight years. We make no profit off of our work; we
simply reinvest any income to produce more cool shows. Like this one.

For more info about the group or directions to the theater, check out our
website at www.exhumedfilms.com

i'm bummed that i missed the one in Los Angeles last night, but it
didn't start until 10 p.m. and i had to be at work really early in the
morning (and then ironically, i woke up sick and didn't even make it
to work, dammit). anyway, anyone see it? if so, how is it? if you
check Bruce's website, there's a list of his upcoming appearances and
screenings of the SCREAMING BRAIN film. someone go see it and tell me
how it is! i won't be able to catch it until it comes on the SCI-FI
Channel in September.
